General Policies

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit & Cash.
  • Our entrance and selling floor closes 10 minutes prior to close of store.
  • Our fitting room is open for most sales and closes 30 minutes prior to our listed closing time.
  • On the rare occasion that our fitting room is unavailable, that information will always be posted on our website as well as our email updates.
  • Our schedule is updated frequently.  The most current information will always be available on our website as well as our email updates.
  • All coats, sweater coats, bags and oversized handbags must be checked into our coat check. Only non-oversized handbags are permitted on selling floor.
  • Strollers are not permitted on the selling floor. Strollers must be left adjacent to coat check.
  • Some manufacturers may lower prices during a sale and some may not. We can not and do not offer refunds or price adjustments. When exchanges are permitted, exchanges are always valued at the current selling price, not the purchased price.
  • Subscribe to our email list to receive this week & upcoming sale info, advanced opening access, exclusive offers and more.

Privacy Policy
clothingline.com will never sell or distribute your e-mail address to any third parties. Our e-mail list is used solely for clothingline.com sample sale updates. On very rare occasions, we may send an e-mail with another company's sample sale information. Only clothingline.com has and will ever have access to the e-mail list database.

In-Store Policy
Unfortunately we do NOT allow RETURNS, PRICE ADJUSTMENTS or STORE CREDIT. 

In-Store Exchange Policy
You may exchange* any item from the same manufacturer within the duration of that manufacturer’s sample sale.

*If a manufacturer reduces the price of their merchandise, exchanges will be valued at the NEW discounted price and NOT the purchased price

*Accessories, Handbags, Shoes, Bodysuits, underwear (tops & bottoms) & swimsuits are always FINAL SALES!
